The I-X Center is one of the the largest convention center in the Midwest offering 530,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, 26 meeting rooms, a grand ballroom and ample parking.

Exhibit Space

The 530,000 sq. ft. exhibit floor is made up of five event halls that can be combined in a variety of configurations. The halls can be divided into sections of approximately 32,000 to 500,000 square feet.

There are two street level drive-in doors, nine truck docks, electrical floor boxes are on 30-foot on center and columns are at 50-foot (N/S) and 100-foot (E/W) on center in the North Halls and 50-foot on center in the South Halls.

There are multiple concession areas to serve attendees on the floors along with an abundance of digital signage placed strategically for easy reading.

Conference

The I-X Center offers a wonderful Conference Center that is designed to accommodate a wide range of events from small tradeshows to corporate trainings with need for multiple breakout rooms.

Located on the lower level of the I-X Center, the Conference Center consists of the following:

• Convenient 7,200 secured, well lit, on-site, gated parking spaces
• Parking lots and grounds available for product demonstrations, ride and drive activities, etc.

Ballroom

A 12,000 square foot pre-function space provides a grand entrance in the 16,000 square foot carpeted Ballroom that can seat 800 for banquets and 1,200 theatre style. There’s a newly added passageway into the South Hall exhibit area which provides easy flow between the two spaces.
