Here are some important details you should know regarding exhibitor service options at the I-X Center. Please look at the following to know who is responsible for which services.

Services NOT provided by the I-X Center:

Electricity – provided by Edlen Electric CLICK HERE TO ORDER ELECTRICITY

Internet – provided by Smart City. Free internet is not available on the exhibit floor. Cellular service can be unreliable in all areas when there are so many people in the building. Smart City has a variety of Exhibitor Wired and/or Wireless Internet Packages available for purchase. CLICK HERE TO ORDER INTERNET

Labor, equipment, carpeting, etc. – provided by the contracted decorator for your show.

Services provided by the I-X Center:

Parking Passes

All shows require exhibitors to pay for parking or display pre-purchased parking passes upon entry to the parking lot on event days that are open to the public. Parking passes are non-refundable.

Drive-in Passes

At any large facility, there will be a walk to get to your booth and set up. We offer the perk to purchase the privilege to drive your vehicle into the building to get closer to your booth for setting up and tearing down. Passes are non-refundable.

**NEW EXHIBITOR ORDERING PORTAL AND PROCESSES**

In an effort to simplify the exhibitor services process at the I-X Center, we have a new exhibitor services portal for you to order and purchase any services provided by the I-X Center. You will see two links below:

“Parking & Drive-ins” – to purchase all parking passes and drive-in passes for your event

“Other I-X Services” – to purchase any booth cleaning services, fire extinguishers, or water fills for your event.

You can order and pay for both of these items in one cart. When you place your order in one of the pages, you will be asked if you need to order additional items. If you select to order more, you can navigate to the other window to continue adding to your cart.

PAYMENTS:
Any cash or check payments will ONLY be accepted for onsite purchases. Discounts only apply for pre-orders, not available onsite.
