We want you to be ready for your visit to the I-X Center. Our team is dedicated to providing all of our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience during every visit. If you have a question about an event currently happening at the I-X Center, please call 216-265-7100.
The main entrance for all I-X Center events is now located on the East side of the facility. Please be sure to follow directions.
Parking fees vary per event, but are generally $10. Check the I-X Center website Schedule of Events, and click on any event to find out the applicable parking costs. Cash or credit is accepted for parking fees.
You’ll find an ATM conveniently located in the lobby.
Arrive with an appetite! All food and beverage services (concessions and catering) are provided exclusively through our in-house hospitality partner, OVG Hospitality.
As a reminder, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the convention center, and you may be asked to return items to your car if you bring them inside with you.
The I-X Center has a fully-equipped first aid room, located in the main lobby. An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) is on site during events with attendance over 500 or when otherwise deemed appropriate for the safety of attendees. EMTs may be contacted by calling 216-265-7300 or by alerting any I-X Center staff member.
The building also has multiple defibrillator stations (AEDs) located in public spaces for immediate response to a medical emergency.
All personal lost and found articles are catalogued and stored for thirty (30) days with our Security Department. After that period, all articles are disposed of at the sole discretion of the I-X Center. Event and Exhibitor items that are left behind will be disposed of after forty-eight (48) hours. For inquires, please email Security at dominic.bramante@oakviewgroup.com regarding lost or misplaced items.
Please provide a detailed description of the item you lost. If you happen to have a photo of your missing item, it will help us identify it.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the convention center. Complimentary Wi-Fi service for light use like reading emails and web browsing is available in the lobby, on the pavilion and in the lower-level concourse meeting area.
At the I-X Center, we are dedicated to providing all guest with a safe and enjoyable time, including those with special needs or disabilities. All of the I-X Center grounds are in compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
Designated handicapped parking is available in the East Parking Lot at the I-X Center. A handicapped placard or license plate is required. All disability parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and requires payment upon arrival. Early arrival is suggested to ensure adequate parking and accommodations.
Most restrooms at the I-X Center are accessible for all of our guests and are compliant with ADA standards.
All elevators provide our guests with special needs access to the lower-level at the I-X Center.
Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.
For mobility assistance to make your visit easier or more comfortable, please visit the ticketing area to check out a wheelchair, which are complimentary and available on a first come, first served basis.
In accordance with Ohio’s “concealed carry” law and the right for private entities to ban handguns on their premises, firearms and other weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden on the premises of the I-X Center.
