Thank you for your interest in covering one of our upcoming events! The following information will ensure a smooth process when you plan your visit to the I-X Center:
The I-X Center will issue media credentials to members of the working press only. By definition, a member of the working press shall be a paid employee or representative of a known and established media organization (newspaper, magazine, television, radio, website, blog, etc.) All journalists who wish to attend Shows must submit an application for approval. Organization may request more than one media credential; however, the I-X Center does not guarantee more than one credential will be approved. Applying does not guarantee that your agency will receive credentials.
The I-X Center will consider all applications based on media organization's daily circulation and/or audience size. Determinations will be sent to the email address provided.
Credentials must be worn at all times. Credentials may not be given to another person for any reason. Credentialed journalists will receive admission into the event and access to feature areas at event as determined by I-X Center. Misuse of media credential will result in immediate loss of credential, removal from event and the possible loss of credential privileges to future events for journalist and their organization.
Photographers wishing to cover any shows must be on assignment from a recognized news organization and be used solely for the publication for which an individual is credentialed, unless otherwise granted express written consent by the I-X Center. Photographs taken at the I-X Center are not to be sold to any other media outlet, organization, or individual without written permission by the I-X Center.
Stations are asked to make advanced arrangements with the I-X Center marketing staff. The I-X Center will coordinate ideal locations for live remotes and/or taped segments.
It is understood that the I-X Center reserves the right and is permitted to use any publicized generated media event coverage (including, but not limited to, print, photography, video, web, etc.) in its sole discretion for future marketing. Requests for copies of such media will not be reasonably withheld.
