RELEASES LINE-UP FOR ITS 11TH ANNUAL WEEKENDLONG FESTIVAL

Cleveland, Ohio (September 19, 2016) – The 11th annual Fabulous Food Show presented by Giant
Eagle Market District is pleased to unveil its lineup for the largest culinary
celebration in the nation taking place November 11-13, 2016 at the
International Exposition (I-X) Center. Guests will taste, try and buy their way
through Cleveland’s largest presentation of fabulous food, fine art, breweries,
wineries, restaurants and purveyors all under one roof with a wide variety of
live demonstrations and hundreds of companies showcasing specialty foods,
drinks and culinary gadgets.
The iconic weekend festival known to culinary enthusiasts in
Cleveland and beyond returns Friday, November 11 with a well-rounded lineup of
international talent including:
Symon: Cleveland native and owner of
seven restaurants in America’s heartland, Michael Symon shares his cooking
style as a regular on Iron Chef on the Food Network and as a host of ABC’s “The
Valastro: Star of TLC’s hit series
“Cake Boss” and owner of Carlo’s Bakery, Buddy’s award-winning specialty cake
designs have been featured in bridal and baking magazines.
The resident healthy living expert on
ABC’s “The Chew,” Daphne Oz has established herself as a New York Times
bestselling author, public speaker and philanthropist who helped establish
Sanchez: The co-star of Food
Network’s hit series, Chopped, Aarón has won a James Beard Award for Television
Studio Program and has appeared at the White House as a guest chef. Aarón’s
passion, commitment and skills have placed him among the world’s leading
contemporary Latin chefs.
Phillips: The winner of 2013’s “Food
Network Star,” Damaris Phillips traditional Southern Cuisine landed her a
weekly show called “Southern at Heart” on the Food Network. She also teaches at
Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville, KY.
Roberts: A New Zealand native, Jason
Roberts is an internationally known chef, author, TV personality, brand
ambassador, fitness enthusiast and gluten-free lifestyle advocate and a co-founder
of Chef’s Cycle for No Kid Hungry.
Sideserf: Gaining world-wide recognition
by pushing the boundaries of cake design, Natalie Sideserf, a Cleveland native,
is making TV and event appearances around the world and has been dubbed by the
Food Network as “one of the most talented young cake artists in the country.”
Additionally, the festival’s energetic Vitamix Signature Event Series VIP ticketed events, return in 2016,
kicking off Friday night when the Fabulous
Food Show presents Savor Cleveland hosted
by Tri-C Hospitality Management Program benefitting Chef’s Cycle for No Kid Hungry.
“Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro is back with Dessert
First along with special guests Natalie Sideserf and Kim “Daisy” Nelson.
After two successful years in a row, Michael
Symon’s Block Party returns as the Iron
Chef and host of ABC’s “The Chew” brings together the extraordinary
Cleveland food scene for a two-hour event inside the Fabulous Food Show. Plus,
new to the Fabulous Food Show is the Tailgate
Bash hosted by Michael Symon’s Mabel’s BBQ where we’ll fire up the grill
with notable Cleveland Chefs and celebrities.
Event attendees will also have a plethora of new areas and
events to enjoy within the 2016 show, including CLE Cooks for a Cause featuring Cleveland’s top
critically-acclaimed chefs partnering with media talent to compete for a
variety of charitable organizations, the Healthy
